BMS Furniture operates from Longjiang Town, Shunde District — the heartland of Chinese furniture manufacturing. Our flagship facility spans 12,000 square meters and employs over 600 skilled craftspeople, engineers, and quality specialists.
Beyond our own factory, we maintain partnership agreements with 274 specialized manufacturers, allowing us to source any furniture category — from solid wood carving to precision metalwork — under one coordinated supply chain.

State-of-the-Art Production
12,000 m² Production Floor
Our primary production facility in Longjiang Town, Shunde — equipped with CNC routing, edge-banding, and automated sanding lines.
Upholstery Atelier
Hand-sewn upholstery division with 120 skilled craftspeople. We work with 100+ fabrics and leathers sourced from domestic and European mills.
Finishing & Lacquer Lab
Dust-free spray booths with water-based and solvent-based lacquers, veneers, and custom paint-matching capabilities.

Material Sourcing
We source certified raw materials — sustainably harvested wood, premium metal alloys, and quality-grade upholstery fabrics.
CNC Cutting & Shaping
Computer-controlled precision cutting ensures every component meets exact dimensional tolerances.
Assembly & Joinery
Skilled craftspeople assemble each unit using traditional dovetail joinery and modern mechanical fasteners.
Finishing & QC
Multi-stage sanding, lacquering, and inspection. Every unit passes a 12-point QC checklist before packing.
